Senior Product Designer

Making complicated journeys feel simple.

I'm Rob, a product designer who starts with the problem, not the pixels. I dig into research and data to find what's causing friction, prioritise, then design and validate until a solution is proven.

About me

Outside of work I'm usually in the water (currently training for a 10km) or taking apart a 1990s Peugeot bike I'm slowly learning to service. I read about statistics, watch too much F1, and design better with NTS on in the background.
